Paul Pavli personal trainer at Saint Fitness

Paul Pavli

A lifelong passion for playing and watching sports (shout out to his beloved St Kilda Football Club) led Paul to founding Saint Fitness. As well as being Saint’s Director, Paul holds a certificate III and IV in Fitness from FitNation, is qualified in Thump Boxing and has been an active trainer for over a decade. He has an affinity for anything to do with a ball - even during his downtime playing video games you’ll likely find him scoring goals.



Raquel Cutajar

Raquel thinks training sessions should feel like hanging out with friends. She’s an expert in weight loss through HIIT and weight training combined with nutrition and stress management (Raquel fesses up to getting a bit emotional when clients have described finally feeling beautiful while walking down the aisle on their wedding day). Her mantra? Health is not just about what you like; it’s how good you feel.



Carmen Sanz Paredes

A natural motivator, Carmen thrives on inspiring people to achieve their goals by leading by example. Sheer determination led her to becoming a qualified personal trainer in Australia - specialising in functional training, HIIT, strength training and Zumba - in a mere two years. She believes perseverance beats strenuous effort. Instead, Carmen reserves her extra efforts for whipping up tasty creations in the kitchen as an avid cook and baker.
